Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI Calabria

SKU:

31231-1-1-1

The ancient art of olive cultivation in Calabria dates back to the dawn of the 1st millennium BC when the Phoenicians and Greeks, enchanted by the region’s unique climate, introduced olives, creating a legacy that thrives today. Local cultivars like Carolea boast a lively taste and a moderately delicate fruity aroma, with hints of apple and artichoke. The finish unfolds sweetness, softness, delicate spices, and an easily harmonizable aromatic profile. Perfect for enhancing fish dishes, carpaccios, and white meats, or for raw use on delicately structured dishes.

The sprout evolves into a piece of local craftsmanship, and the sun becomes a traditional decorative element of the region. The label is highly elegant, also featuring a thematic variation with an architectural icon.
