Terre del Sole Terra di Bari DOP is produced with olives from centuries-old trees in the province of Bari, particularly near the town of Bitonto. The color shows green tones accented by yellow reflections, presenting a vibrant fruitiness in both aroma and taste. Notes of fresh grass emerge, accompanied by a moderate touch of bitterness and spiciness. Ideal with durum wheat pasta dressed with seasonal vegetables or on flavorful soups and roasts. Try it raw on dishes with medium-high structure and bold flavors.

- La molitura avviene entro tempi prestabiliti, secondo metodi meccanici a freddo.
- Ogni lotto è codificato, registrato e ispezionato per garantire l’autenticità del prodotto.

Extraction: cold extraction with temperatures below 27°C (T<27°C).
Quality control: laboratory analysis and organoleptic evaluation.
Storage: in stainless steel tanks/silos at room temperature.
Keep closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. This is an entirely natural product; residues may occur at the bottom of the container at low temperatures. The product becomes clear again if exposed to room temperature.
Appearance: natural sediments may settle at the bottom of the bottle over time.
Color: intense green.
Aroma: green fruity.
Flavor: fresh with an intense sensation of bitterness and spiciness.
Acidity: less than 0.5% (legal limit for extra virgin olive oil is 0.8%).
Use: Ideal with durum wheat pasta dressed with seasonal vegetables or on flavorful soups and roasts. Try it raw on dishes with medium-high structure and bold flavors.
A Bordeaux hue enriches the palette, adding depth to the background and the dark tone of the icons. The sprout is transformed into a piece of local craftsmanship, and even the sun becomes a classic decorative element of the region.
